We are working on behalf of a leading alternative legal service provider, who are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer with 2+ years of experience to work with an International Law Firm in London.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate contracts, agreements, leases, and other legal documents.
- Providing legal advice and guidance on a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development projects.
- Conducting due diligence, title examinations, and property assessments.
- Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with commercial real estate transactions.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant real estate transactions.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed legal counsel.
Qualifications required:
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
- 2+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate law, transactions, and regulations.
- Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and writing.
- Strong commitment to client service and satisfaction.
