A very well regarded Central London firm is seeking a Commercial Property lawyer, between 1 to 3 years’ PQE, to join the strong Property department, in particular within the Commercial Real Estate team.
The firm is arguably most well known for its Property work, consequently this is a great opportunity for a junior Property lawyer to join a prominent firm and get exposure to top quality work.
The ideal candidate will wish to maintain a broad practice, as the workload will be varied, including working with a mixture of sophisticated clients including developers, lenders and institutional investors. Excellent experience in general Commercial Real Estate matters will be sought, especially regarding due diligence, asset management and landlord & tenant matters. The firm is particularly interested in candidates from similar high quality firms where good foundational skills will have been learnt.
