Our client is a boutique law firm offering specialist advice to commercial clients.
Their respected and busy property department has recently taken on an NQ, and now they look to add a further Solicitor who can offer approximately 4 PQE to provide support and assistance to the Managing Partner (the main property Solicitor) and the junior within the department, to be based in either Birmingham or Stafford.
This role will require a person to be able to manage their own matters, deal with clients directly, and who is happy to represent the firm as and when they are away from the office.
Work includes:
- Sale and purchases of freehold and leasehold property,
- New leases,
- Renewal leases,
- Assignment of lease, and
- Property due diligence.
