A well-established and highly regarded law firm serving clients in Sussex and beyond are looking to expand their commercial property team. As a Commercial Property Solicitor at this firm, you will play a pivotal role in their real estate practice group. You will handle a diverse range of commercial property matters, representing clients in various industries.
Your responsibilities will include advising clients on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases. Development experience is preferred although not essential.
The successful candidate should have:
- A minimum of three years of PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor.
- A strong knowledge of commercial property law and relevant regulations.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
