Our client is a prestigious firm in London which is especially prominent in the Real Estate sector. The firm is consistently ranked highly by the legal directories for various property related practice areas, including Corporate Occupiers, which is the focus of this role.
With such a strong reputation as property specialists, the firm attracts premium clients and very high quality work. In particular, as a member of the Corporate Occupiers group, the new joiner will work with clients in industries such as film, TV, media, finance and professional services. A prior specialism in this area is not required, but experience acting for corporate tenants would be beneficial. It is expected that the right candidate will be enthusiastic about growing the Corporate Occupiers practice through business development and committed to developing their specialism in this area.
In order to be considered, you must:
- Be an England and Wales qualified Commercial Property solicitor, with between around 2 to 3 years’ PQE in Property at a highly regarded City or West-end firm.
- Have strong academics, and have completed your training contract at a firm with a reputable property practice.
- Have excellent practical skills in Landlord and Tenant matters, as well as transaction due diligence.
