Commercial Property (Charities focus) Lawyer

This opening is with a highly-regarded law firm in London which genuinely places commercial property as a core part of its offering. The firm acts for an excellent client base including corporates, institutions, charities, and HNW individuals.

This position will involve all manner of commercial property work, including freehold and leasehold matters. The sector focus of this role is in regard to charities and not-for-profit organisations generally.

You will be given excellent client exposure and every opportunity to develop your expertise in this hugely interesting area.

You will  have good commercial property experience and be able to show a genuine interest in the charities sector. You will have current or recent experience working in a rated London or leading national law firm. We are ideally seeking lawyers with up to two years’ PQE, however we will consider strong applicants just outside of this level. We will consider September 2024 qualifiers with at least one commercial property seat and a demonstrable interest in charities-related work.
