A highly regarded law firm based in the heart of Guildford are looking to hire a newly qualified solicitor to join their leading commercial litigation team. Those who are qualifying in September 2023 will be considered. The commercial disputes practice at the firm is sizeable at present but due to growth, they feel an addition of another Junior lawyer would greatly benefit the team.
The industries in which the firm work with include food, technology, financial services, luxury retail and sport. These clients are based across the UK, as well as internationally. The work on offer will include contractual disputes, professional negligence, fraud and financial services claims.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Have trained at a regional or national firm;
- Have a strong academic background;
- Have relevant experience in commercial disputes work;
- Be a strong team player.
