We are currently working with a top litigation firm in London, and they are looking for a Commercial Litigation Lawyer that has competition experience with 3+ years’ PQE, for a 3-month FTC.
This role is a general commercial litigation role which has arisen due to the volume of work at the firm. There may be scope for this role to become permanent, depending on the amount of ongoing work.
This role is ideal for general commercial litigation lawyers with competition experience, and this role focuses on the claimant side. This role is likely to include heavy involvement with the client throughout their corporate and commercial disputes, whilst also negotiating settlements and working on large competition cases.
The firm we are recruiting for is a boutique firm with a focus on litigation, and they pride themselves on their client focus and multiple awards achieved.
In order to be considered, candidates should be able to demonstrate the following
- Qualification as a solicitor from England and Wales
- 3+PQE in handling a full range of commercial litigation with competition experience
- A strong academic background.
- Strong experience in leading commercial litigation law teams.
