Our client’s Global Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice handles all forms of legal disputes in the world, advising in major national and cross border disputes, across core industry sectors.
The firm is now looking to grow its established team of Commercial Litigation lawyers, acting on a broad range of matters, including Financial Services, Commercial and Insolvency disputes, often with an international angle.
The London Litigation group has full-service capabilities, working together with the overseas teams to provide clients with complete representation on local and multi-jurisdictional matters. Much of the work involves cross-border elements and co-ordination with other offices and/or local counsel.
The team has acted for a number of global banks in relation to some of their highest value and highest profile cases. Lawyers have a deep knowledge of the industry and are highly experienced in disputes involving Structured Finance, Derivatives, Complex Financial products, Asset Management and Corporate Trust disputes.
Experience advising corporates and financial institutions in Litigation and Arbitration disputes would be beneficial, and some experience in contentious regulatory investigations would be an advantage. The successful candidate will be England & Wales qualified. Additional language skills would be an advantage.
