Join an expanding boutique law firm in London as a Commercial Litigation consultant!
Our client is looking to grow its consultancy model, and is currently seeking experienced Commercial Litigation lawyers to join their team, ideally with shareholder disputes experience.
The firm’s clients come from various industry sectors and primarily work with SMEs, entrepreneurs, start-ups, and scale-ups.
The commercial litigation team approaches litigation in a strategic manner, and always keeps the client’s goals in mind when providing advice on contract disputes and breach of contract, insolvency and debt recovery, partnership disputes, shareholder disputes, and joint venture disputes to mention a few.
Consultants are not exclusive to the firm, and can take on other work streams alongside their work for the firm. Workloads will vary according to each consultant’s capacity.
To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with upwards of 10 years’ PQE in handling a full range of Commercial Litigation matters. Experience gained within notable law firms and/or in-house legal teams is desirable. The firm is looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine desire to work on a consultancy basis for SMEs.
