We have recently been instructed to assist the firm’s Commercial Litigation department in finding a talented associate to join the team. The litigation team advises on both corporate and commercial disputes in a range of High Court litigations and international and domestic arbitrations. The multi-jurisdictional element is key to a lot of the department’s work so experience of this is useful in dealing with the very complex cases the firm works on.
The ideal candidate will be:
- an excellent litigator with good quality training and experience at an established Commercial Litigation practice, preferably at another City firm;
- between 1 and 4 years’ PQE;
- Eager to progress their career by engaging proactively in business development activities;
- Confident liaising directly with clients and developing creative and efficient solutions to their problems.
