We are working closely with a pioneering company in the region, who focus on the commercial/technology sectors. They have been going through tremendous growth in recent years, and are looking to expand the in-house legal function further.
This is an incredibly exciting opportunity where you will work closely with senior members of the legal team, including GC. The work is a stimulating mix of commercial legal matters on areas such as data privacy, technology, strategic sourcing and IT advisory matters. You will also be expected to negotiate, draft and amend commercial contracts and agreements. Those with experience of providing advice with clients based in the UAE will be valued highly.
You must have at least 3 years’ experience working for leading international law firms in the region and/or from in-house teams, as well as be qualified from the UK, US, New Zealand, or Australia.
