We are working closely with a legal solutions consultancy firm based in London, on their search for a Commercial Lawyer with 3+ PQE. This is an exceptional opportunity for any commercial products lawyer looking to work with major tech companies in a hybrid/remote way.
Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the business team in a diverse Commercial caseload within the technology, telecoms, and media sectors. Candidates should ideally be available at short notice or immediately and be able to demonstrate the following:
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales
- 3+ PQE.
- Relevant experience gained in a Regional, City, or West End Firm.
- A strong knowledge of Commercial matters who has been working with tech companies.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
