Our client, a Holborn based firm, has a very exciting opportunity for a solicitor to come on board, to undertake a role incorporating Commercial, Intellectual Property, Technology and Sport. The partners are recognised as experts in Commercial matters, particularly in the Media, Sport, Entertainment and Creative industries.
The team has extensive experience in developing, protecting and implementing commercial rights programmes for a large number of Sports, Media and Entertainment organisations and events, advising on strategic IP, IT and media rights strategies.
The practice covers a wide variety of contracts, often of a global or an international nature. Lawyers also have particular expertise in the structuring, negotiation and protection of licensing and franchise arrangements.
