We have confidential instructions on a new junior/mid-level role with a highly-regarded offshore law firm, to join one of their offices in the Caribbean. Our mandate is for the hire of a highly-capable litigator to add to the capability of the established and well-structured current team.
The principal focus of this role will be high-value, international insolvency disputes; however expertise in insolvency work is welcome but is not essential. Of most importance is experience of broad commercial litigation as the role will also include cross-border cases in such matters as shareholders’ disputes, fraud, and professional negligence.
We would welcome applications from lawyers at rated London firms, tier one national firms, or tier one firms elsewhere in the Commonwealth. A stable career history is sought and you should ideally have between three and five years’ PQE.
