Our client, a global law firm known for its strong client relationships and excellent culture, is looking to hire a mid-senior level Associate (class of 2019+) into its commercial finance team in New York.
The team is located across the US and works closely with the Asian and London offices. It is a world leader in financial services and has Legal 500/Chambers ranked Partners in the space. The team works with private equity firms, family offices, financial institutions and corporates on leveraged buyouts, growth capital investments and complex finance transactions.
Attorneys in the team often have a very broad practice, and there is an opportunity to get involved on all types of transactions within other areas of financial services.
