The Insolvency & Restructuring team, sitting within the broader commercial disputes practice is on a large growth curve and are seeking an experienced Insolvency and Restructuring Senior Associate to join the London team with 5 years PQE+.
The incoming individual will play a crucial role in growing the team whilst supporting and training junior lawyers and paralegals within this team.
Coming into the role you can expect a largely contentious caseload, with some advisory work, working closely with a range of clients including but not limited to insolvency practitioners, corporate entities, shareholders, and directors. Experience handling administrations, receivership, and members voluntary liquidations.
