This role is focused on broad commercial work along with come corporate and M&A work. The firm has a loyal, established client base and much of the work is cross-border in nature. We rate this firm highly; you will get full exposure to deals and excellent client contact and so it is important that applicants are looking for a role where they can progress and play a full part within a collegiate, personable team.
We would be pleased to speak with commercial or corporate lawyers and currently working with a London, national or regional firm. You will ideally have between two and four years’ PQE but we will consider good applicants just outside this level.
