A client we are working with are looking for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their London based team. The successful candidate will have 4-6 years PQE and will be responsible for providing extra support to the commercial contract team, dealing with a large range of contracts, predominantly focused on white-label pensions and investments.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, with a focus on white-label pensions and investments
- Advising on contractual issues and providing practical solutions
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Collaborating with stakeholders, including the sales and product teams
- Managing the contract lifecycle from initiation to termination
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer in England & Wales with 4-6 yrs PQE
- Strong knowledge of commercial contracts law and regulations
- Excellent drafting, negotiating, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of work
- Available to start immediately or at a short notice
