You will be responsible for the onboarding and managing of a large portfolio of clients.
Main responsibilities:
- Developing relationships with all levels of users across a varied client base
- Responding to qualitative feedback, promoting events, and identifying & building opportunities for account growth and referrals.
- Supporting the onboarding journey, ensuring all clients are onboarded in a smart, consistent and client-centric way, leaving a lasting impression on users
- Maximising product adoption, generating opportunities for referrals and delivering a memorable experience for all users.
- Surprising and delighting customers at various individual-user level touch points
- Working closely with other (commercial and product) teams internally to represent the voice of customers and to continuously improve systems and ways of working.
Skills and Experience:
- The ability to build relationships at all levels
- A team player with a ‘can do’ attitude, willing to get involved in all aspects of the team’s work and adaptability to support other team members at short notice if required.
- Fantastic communication skills, with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships internally as well as with clients.
