An established full-service London-based law firm is seeking a Client Development Executive to join a dynamic team of BD professionals. Critical to developing client relationships, the role will involve working at both strategic and operational level – developing new businesses, managing existing clients and internal stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and proactive individual, who has the ability to quickly establish rapport and manage relationships.
The Role:
- Being the primary point of contact for post-award framework activity, including finalising agreements, exchanging key contacts, and organising introductory meetings with client teams
- Working with client relationship managers and cross-service teams to develop individual client plans to deliver a service which meets all of their needs, and identify areas of opportunity within each client account
- Developing plans to strengthen client relationships and ensure that clients are offered introductions to other parts of the business
- Proactively identifying opportunities to grow business with existing clients and new prospects
- Collaborating with the wider BD team in developing marketing collaterals and executing business development strategies
- Any other related ad hoc activities assigned by the manager
To Qualify:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing, business development and client relations within a legal environment
- Proven experience in preparing proposal (RFP) responses, pitch materials, presentations and other related materials.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels and background
- Effectively manage assigned workload, while delivering accurate and high standard of work
