Class Action and PAGA Associate – Sacramento

We are looking to speak with Class Action and PAGA Attorneys to join our client’s practice in their Sacramento office.

PAGA dramatically increased exposure to risk and the number of litigation claims for employers in California. California’s ever-expanding Labor Code, which is frequently at odds with the Fair Labor Standards Act, presents distinct and complex issues when defending wage and hour class actions.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of significant experience representing employers in all types of employment litigation, including sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination. You will also have vast experience in the area of wage and hour class actions and California PAGA representative actions involving a broad range of employment-related claims.

Annual salary range: $210,000 – $230,000
