Our client, an award-winning law firm, is seeking a locum litigator for its busy disputes practice at the 4+PQE level, to join them for 4-6 months on a hybrid basis in Staffordshire.
Lawyers undertake a range of work in Civil and commercial disputes. Candidates sought will have experience in and are expected to handle landlord and tenant disputes, shareholder disputes, commercial disputes, debt recovery, and probate. You will be working for clients in the West Midlands.
In order to be considered, candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales with a current Practising Certificate or CILEX qualified.
- Upwards of 4 years’ PQE in handling Civil and commercial disputes matters.
- A solid background within Private Practice.
