Our client is creating a one-of-a-kind destination. This new urban setting will usher in a new era of living. This revolutionary project is seeking a highly experienced lawyer to lead the legal function of this unique landmark, and advise on major real estate development project featuring luxury housing, and all necessary facilities.
Candidates will ideally have gained 15 or more years of legal experience with a background working for well-regarded law firms and/or in-house teams, with a focus on the real estate development, preferably in the hospitality sector and in transactional matters. The successful candidate will be expected to provide guidance on a range of matters such as M&A, financing, engineering, procurement, project development etc. Applicants with previous experience of working in the Middle East would be preferred, but that is not a necessity.
This role is based in Saudi Arabia, and you will receive an excellent tax-free package, relocation package and ex-pat benefits, as well as generous holiday and remote working allowances.
Remuneration: USD 250,000 to 500,000 tax free + ex-pat benefits & bonus.
