Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced capital solutions & private credit attorney to join their prestigious law firm in Los Angeles.
As a capital solutions & private credit attorney, you will play a crucial role in providing legal counsel and support to your clients in the complex and buoyant field of capital solutions & private credit. This is a career-advancing opportunity for a driven attorney who has 4+ years of significant experience in advising a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from financial sponsors to corporates, on a wide-range of multi-jurisdictional event-driven financing transactions. You will represent investment funds and operating companies in a wide range of traditional and special situation transactions, including dispositions, acquisitions, cross-border investments and joint ventures.
Annual salary range: $295,000 – $400,000
