This is an excellent opportunity to advance your sophisticated practice advising clients on public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, and general corporate and securities law matters.
You will build broad experience representing issuers in initial public offerings, high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, convertible debt offerings, rights offerings, and other public and private securities transactions.
You will also advise on debt and equity tender offers, debt restructurings and exchange offers, consent solicitations, and disclosure and corporate governance matters.
