We are looking to speak with a star capital markets attorney to join our client’s practice in their New York office.
Our client’s elite capital markets practice is consistently ranked by independent commentators and in league tables as one of the top securitization and structured finance law firms in the nation.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of significant experience in structured finance, primarily commercial mortgage-backed and CRE CLO securitization transactions, structured mortgage loan participations and warehouse lending, as well as advising servicers and lenders in the workout and restructuring of securitized and other financial assets. In addition, you will have broad experience representing issuers and underwriters in both public and private offerings of RMBS, Corporate CLOs and other structured finance products. Repo and other ABL finance experience is also a plus, however not required.
The incoming associate will be joining a collegiate and collaborative culture.
Annual salary range: $250,000 – $435,000
