We are looking to speak with a star capital markets attorney to join our client’s global practice in their New York office.
Our client’s practice is at the forefront of the most complex and innovative developments in the international capital markets. From debt and equity issues through to derivatives and structured finance, our client’s market-leading capital markets practice advises on the full range of UK, U.S. and domestic laws through their global network of offices.
They are seeking a US Associate with 3+ years’ experience representing underwriters and issuers including sovereigns, in SEC-registered initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, high-yield debt offerings, convertible debt offerings and other debt and equity capital markets transactions, as well as SPACs and targets in de-SPAC transactions.
In addition, the ideal candidate will also have experience advising a number of public companies on ongoing reporting and disclosure obligations.
The incoming Associate will be joining a collegiate and collaborative culture, whereby there is true investment in Associates’ career development.
Annual salary range: $275,000 – $330,000.
