We are looking to speak with an experienced capital markets attorney to join our client’s practice in their Charlotte office.
With unparalleled experience in securitization, garnered from participation in an exceptional number of transactions and industry leadership, our client’s attorneys have not only the legal expertise and judgment required for complex securitization matters but the sophisticated business perspective necessary in today’s constantly evolving economic environment.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of significant experience in structured finance, primarily commercial mortgage-backed and CRE CLO securitization transactions, structured mortgage loan participations and warehouse lending, as well as advising servicers and lenders in the workout and restructuring of securitized and other financial assets. In addition, you will have broad experience representing issuers and underwriters in both public and private offerings of RMBS, Corporate CLOs and other structured finance products. Repo and other ABL finance experience is also a plus, however not required.

Annual salary range: $250,000 – $435,000
