A UAE-based Company are looking for a highly-experienced paralegal to join their Abu Dhabi office. The incoming candidate will provide corporate legal and governance support, manage and administer contracts, engaging with business units and subsidiaries and responding to their queries. You will be supporting the wider legal team, to manage the day-to-day corporate needs of the Company.
Specifically, you will be liaising and assisting with setting up companies, managing the Company’s Registry (performing monthly audits), performing record searches, reviewing legislation, reviewing contractual documents, drafting powers of attorney, Memorandum and Articles of Association, minutes of board and shareholder meetings, alongside many other general duties.
Applicants must have c.3-5 years’ of relevant experience, preferably with an International law firm, a good law degree, and critically, Bilingual level linguistic skills in Arabic/English (reading, writing, speaking).
This role is based in Abu Dhabi, and applicants will (preferably) already be located in the region.
