Our client is looking to add a Senior Associate/Counsel level attorney to their Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits/ERISA practice within their Chicago office.
Qualified candidates will have significant experience with the compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions (buy-side), expertise with Sections 83, 280G and 409A, and drafting stock option plans, profits interest agreements and executive employment agreements.
