We are looking to speak with bankruptcy associates to join our client’s cross disciplinary Restructuring & Insolvency practice in Chicago.
This is an exciting time for the team after a recent Partner hire in the Chicago office.
The client interaction and instructions are awesome! This is an excellent opportunity for an associate with a couple of years under their legal belt looking to grow.
You will represent a wide range of clients, including debtors, lenders, official creditor and equity committees, insurers, landlords and distressed asset purchasers in all phases of complex domestic and cross-border bankruptcies and out-of-court restructurings.
You will work with experienced litigators, with first-chair trial experience (and get the same) in a variety of business-related matters in state and federal courts, including confirmation hearings and other contested bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy matters.
You will work alongside a market-leader in the field who has significant experience in Chapter 11 representations.
Annual salary: $225,000 – $265,000.
