Whilst the role will predominantly focus on Leveraged finance, candidates need not have had experience of this. Provided that you have gained between 3-6 years’ Banking experience from a high calibre practice and have a strong academic background, your candidacy will be of interest.
The team represents financial institutions, direct and institutional lenders and corporate borrowers on domestic and cross-border leveraged and investment-grade lending and high yield transactions, as well as Restructuring and Bankruptcy matters.
