Our market-leading client is seeking to recruit a Solicitor / Associate to join their Banking team following their significant growth and success. This role is located in their Bristol office, with the opportunity to work remotely a couple of days a week.
This role provides you with the opportunity to work directly with our client’s Banking team, helping to develop your experience and further your career within a specialist and supportive team. You will work on both borrower and lender transactions with the team, following through until the completion of the deal. Having exposure to a wide variety of work, including real estate finance, acquisition finance, clearing bank panel transactions, and supporting the client’s corporate team with MBOs and private equity transactions, will be extremely beneficial to your development. You will also lend support to the R&I team regarding restructurings. You will have the opportunity to balance independence with support and supervision when you need it on more difficult matters. Within this role you will be central to the success of the team, maintaining the development of your own client relationships as well as business development initiatives.
Our client is looking for an ambitious Solicitor with experience gained from working within a Banking practice and working under pressure to meet deadlines. It is essential that you are a team player, highly motivated and solution focussed in order to deliver the best service to your clients. It is also important that you have a genuine interest in gaining more experience within the Banking sector, including the creation and development of your client relationships. You will have a minimum of 0.5 years’ PQE, however our client will also be open to newly qualified candidates.
