As a Banking and Finance Solicitor within this team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-value transactions, and advise on a variety of financial matters. You will be advising clients on a wide range of banking and finance matters, including secured lending, project finance, and asset finance matters.
Requirements:
- A qualified solicitor with over 1 year of PQE in Banking and Finance law.
- A strong academic background, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
