The role will involve a broad range of banking and finance matters, focusing on corporate, especially private equity transactions requiring debt finance support for a range of highly regarded institutional and entrepreneur clients. The new hire may also have the opportunity to get involved in restructuring matters and, therefore, whilst not essential, some experience in this area would be beneficial.
The ideal candidate will be England & Wales qualified and have between 3 and 5 years of post-qualification experience gained within a highly regarded Finance practice in the UK. This role requires an excellent academic background and a stable career record.
