We are really keen to speak to Banking & Finance Associates to support a global law firm who:
- Are looking for a new challenge
- Are looking to work mostly remotely or on a hybrid working pattern
- Are available immediately or at short notice
- Have excellent academics
The successful candidates are likely to be seconded to notable In-House clients, and have a broad banking and/or finance background and experience in structuring deals; general advisory; transaction management and instructing and coordinating with external counsels. There is the potential for some roles to be 100% remote, whereas others will be hybrid working.
Also, candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
- England & Wales qualified or another commonwealth jurisdiction, such as Australia or New Zealand, for example.
- Upwards of 2 years’ PQE in handling a range of banking and/or finance matters
- A solid background within Private Practice and/or In-House
