Our innovative national client is acclaimed for being diverse and inclusive. The Banking team in Leeds handles national and regional financing matters and are now looking to expand the Banking team in Leeds with a 3-7 PQE Banking Associate/Senior Associate.
The team acts for major banks and corporate borrowers across a wide range of sectors. Work includes acquisitions, private equity transactions, debt finance transactions, construction financing work including secured and asset-based lending mandates, together with real estate finance matters (both investment and development) for major bank lenders and cross-border transactions.
You will have 3-7 PQE experience of corporate banking law/real estate finance work, be able to front transactions, have great experience as a transactional lawyer, big aspirations and really love being a banking lawyer!

There will be real flexibility of working patterns/working from home going forward, the head of department passionately believes that if his team are happy with the way they work that can really help them to be even more successful personally and will do all that they can to facilitate this and build the careers of the team.
