If you have 2-4 years of experience in representing aircraft owners, operators lessors and financiers with respect to commercial and private aircraft transactional matters, we would be interested in exploring this opportunity with you.
This is an opportunity to work with attorneys who really understand the nuances of the business and provide fully integrated representation of all types of aviation transactions, administrative and regulatory matters, and commercial and bankruptcy litigation.
You will work with leaders in the field who have created and implemented novel private aviation cost-sharing structures, involving non-exclusive leases and management agreements that now are used industrywide.
