Our client, a truly global law firm is looking to hire an Associate or Senior Associate into its market-leading M&A and securities team in Washington, DC.
You will have experience in acquisitions of both publicly traded and privately held companies. You should be familiar with structuring M&A transactions, with the application of federal securities laws to M&A transactions and with Delaware jurisprudence relating to directors’ responsibilities in the M&A area. Experience working with public tech companies is also desirable.
