An incredibly exciting opportunity has arisen to work with a renowned organisation in Saudi Arabia, which also maintains a strong presence in the GCC region and has established itself as a significant player in the food and beverage industry.
The successful candidate will join their expanding legal team, offering expert legal counsel on corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, negotiation, contract review, and drafting.
Ideally, applicants should possess at least 10 years of post-qualification experience, and be legally qualified in the US or another common law jurisdiction. Candidates should have substantial exposure to international law, including hands-on experience in cross-border transactions and various aspects of business law. Proficiency in the Arabic language and exposure to the FMCG industry is highly desirable.
Remuneration: Approximately SAR 70,000 – 80,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package, or the equivalent of 180,000 to 200,000 GBP (tax-free), in addition to a bonus and other benefits.
