We are looking to speak with a star asset management Attorney to join our client’s practice in their New York office.
With leading practices in hedge funds, private investment funds and registered funds, our client is uniquely positioned to offer cutting-edge advice in an ever-changing investment and regulatory environment.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of significant experience in advising private fund sponsors in connection with the formation and structuring of private funds, regulatory compliance, and governance matters. You will also advise private fund investors with respect to their investments in various types of private funds.
You will represent registered investment companies, their independent trustees and investment advisers in regulatory, transactional and compliance matters. You will advise with respect to the development, registration, and operation of fund products, including the preparation and review of disclosure in offering documents and shareholder communications, and with respect to the ongoing representation of registered funds’ boards of trustees.
Annual salary range: $250,000 – $370,000.
