With leading practices in hedge funds, private investment funds and registered funds, our client is uniquely positioned to offer cutting-edge advice in an ever-changing investment and regulatory environment.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of significant experience in advising private fund sponsors in connection with the formation and structuring of private funds, regulatory compliance, and governance matters. You will also advise private fund investors with respect to their investments in various types of private funds.
Annual salary range: $225,000 – $400,000
