Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Real Estate Solicitor or Associate to join their Commercial Property team in Plymouth. They are offering a flexible working approach, both from home and in the office. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with specialist Partners and the wider commercial property team, with a particular focus on asset management.
The team work together on a broad range of commercial property matters but keep a strong focus on landlord and tenant work for retail clients, as well as providing support with acquisitions and estate management strategies. Clients consist of both national retailers and other large regional clients.
Within this role, you will handle all aspects of asset management to assist clients with future plans and provide innovative solutions. This includes the acquisition, management, and disposal of real estate, whilst working closely with our client’s planning, construction, and property disputes team. The role also provides you with the support required, at the level you need, to help develop your skills and confidence. This will enable you to manage your own caseload and take responsibility for a range of tasks with the necessary supervision. The development and maintenance of professional relationships will be encouraged in order to gain the insights and expertise needed to offer practical advice throughout.
To be considered for this role, you will be a newly qualified solicitor looking for the next step in your career, or you will have up to 4 years’ PQE looking to handle a wide variety of high-quality clients with more exposure to complex work. You will also have experience across a range of commercial property transactions. It will be expected that you are personally motivated to continue developing your skillset, knowledge, and your understanding of your client’s commercial context.
