We are looking to speak with experienced antitrust Associates to join our client’s Antitrust practice in Washington, DC – one of the nation’s foremost antitrust regulatory clearance teams.
This is an opportunity to join a practice who have played leading roles in obtaining clearance for high-profile mergers for decades, including the most contested.
From advising in the boardroom, to managing invasive second requests in court, you will also regularly advise clients on comprehensive strategies when their interests are implicated in another merger in their industry.
You will work with leaders in the fields who have counseled hundreds of clients with respect to antitrust issues that arise in the M&A process, advocating before the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission and global competition authorities.
Surrounded by excellent strategists and great communicators, you will help clients understand the most likely deal outcomes, strategize to maximize deal value and certainty of close, and position the transaction to close as expeditiously as possible.
Annual salary: $250,000 – $345,000
