Our global-leading US firm client is looking for a talented Associate with 2-4 years’ experience to join their growing team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex cross-border transactions and competition matters, collaborating closely with Corporate Partners, while gaining early client exposure and significant responsibility within a supportive, high-performing team.

You will advise on:

• Transactional Antitrust aspects of M&A and restructurings
• UK and EU merger control filings
• Foreign investment and national security matters
• Multi-jurisdictional merger control processes
• Cross-border transactions for leading financial institutions, private equity firms and multinational businesses

You will have:

• 2-4 years’ PQE in competition/antitrust law
• Experience from a leading firm
• Strong transactional antitrust and merger control experience
• Commercial awareness and confidence working directly with Corporate Partners
• Excellent academics, communication skills and a proactive approach.

Foreign language skills and EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR) experience are advantageous, but not essential.
