Our client seeks a 3rd to 5th year Associate to join their Antitrust & Competition Practice for their Washington DC office.
Preferred candidates will have experience in antitrust litigation (including class actions), merger control, government investigations, and counseling and compliance. Responsibilities and experience will include responding to/managing discovery; preparing witnesses for interviews, depositions; and drafting motions, briefs, and presentations to antitrust enforcement agencies.
