We are looking to speak with antitrust attorneys with 3+ years’ practice experience to join our client’s well-regarded regulatory enforcement practice in Washington, DC.
Join a global team that has deep experience defending large-scale antitrust class actions and other complex antitrust cases brought under federal and state antitrust and unfair competition laws, including cartel and monopolization/dominance issues, as well as merger challenges, Section 1 cases, and cases brought under various state antitrust laws.
You will work with industry experts and in close partnership with in-house compliance leads defending clients in antitrust and commercial litigation, and before the FTC, DOJ, and state attorneys general in merger and other antitrust investigations, both civil and criminal.
