Our client’s global Antitrust practice group is looking to hire an experienced associate for its Dallas office.
This is an opportunity for associates with US Department of Justice Antitrust Division experience and/or Federal Trade Commission, or Bureau of Consumer Protection experience to really excel and advance in their career as a trial lawyer.
The team have successfully defended clients in their most important government-initiated and private antitrust cases, whether cartels, monopolization, pricing disputes, unfair competition, price discrimination, intellectual property and merger-related litigation claims.
You will be part of preeminent team, dealing with criminal and civil litigation defense, government investigations, expedited transactions clearance and real-world counseling matters.
