A leading provider of IT Managed Services and Cloud Technology for the Professional Services Sector, are expanding rapidly and now have a position for an Account Manager.
The Account Manager works to improve the organisation’s market position and achieve financial growth from existing client base. This person helps defines long-term organisational goals, builds key customer relationships, identify further business opportunities, negotiates and close business deals, and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and practices.
In this role you must develop a rapport with clients, and hit set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. You will also be required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
Skills and Qualifications
- Around 2 – 5 year’s experience in an account management role.
- Worked in the IT Managed Services sector, with ideally some knowledge of the professional services market place.
- Closing Skills, including prospecting skills, sales planning, identification customer needs and challenges.
- Professionalism, computer skills preferably with a known or proprietary CRM, and the Microsoft suit of services.
